Q: Can we ask to change the hotels used on the tour which are near the fremont / union city region to the hotels in city area which is convenient and easy for us to get publics transportation ?

Typically the hotel specific information will not be confirmed until 24 hours prior to check in date. If you will not fly in to join the tour, we still recommend you to meet the guide at airport since the first night hotel will likely be outside of the downtown San Francisco area. Q: Hello, I submitted a question already, but didn't receive an answer from you guys yet, so I'm submitting once again. My friend and I will be arriving in LAX airport on Friday, July 11, and join this 4-Day Tour right at the airport upon our arrival. I have 2 major questions. 1. Are hotel locations for both in LA and Las Vegas quite nearby famous attractions in each area? If we want to visit the Grove in LA, for example, on the 1st day of the tour, do we have to take taxi or will there be ground transportation offered at extra cost? 2. We would like to end our tour in Las Vegas instead of going back to LA since we're planning on taking a domestic flight from Vegas to Minneapolis on the last day of the tour. According to the itinerary, it says that those wanting to end the tour in Vegas will be dropped off at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino nearby McCarran airport after a free lunch buffet around noon. Then for our domestic flight from Vegas to Minneapolis, what time flight should we book? Would 4pm flight departing from Vegas leave enough time for us? I'd appreciate it if you could answer my questions asap as I would like to book this tour and get the flight tickets asap as well. Thanks. View answers (1) A: |

Usually, we use Radisson Whittier/Comfort Suites Rosemead/Best Western Rowland Heights or the Hotel Fullerton as our group hotel for this tour. We can only decide which hotel to use according to the number of customers and room availability when it is close to departure date. Sometimes , if the seats are sold out on the departure date, we can decide the hotel more quickly. As soon as the hotel is confirmed, we can send you a follow up email. The areas of interest you mentioned are not near our contract hotels, so you would need to arrange your own transportation to these sites from the hotel. If you wish to site see on your own on the first day of the tour, please be advised we will not assist with transportation you may take a taxi to your desired location. We'll enjoy the free buffet lunch in Las Vegas around 12:00 p.m. and then depart from Las Vegas. A flight after 4:00PM will be okay. However, please consult the guide for more assistance when you are on tour if needed. 2014-03-17 20:13:26 Dear Rose, The tour will allow for 3-4 hours of sightseeing at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon on the second day of the tour. You will have approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to roam on your own inside of the Grand Canyon. Please do consult with your tour guide for a more detailed time frame should there be any changes made to schedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or traffic conditions. Q: We have four people. We will be arriving Las Vegas(LAS Airport) at night 7:30pm, so will we still be able to join the trip if we give up on the first day Las Vegas tour? Besides, our departing flight to Chicago is on May 21, 1:29pm, will you drop us around JAC Airport at the end of the trip instead of salt lake city. View answers (1) A: |

Please Note: If you forfeit the first day's itinerary, the tour cost will not be adjusted. Although we recommend staying with the group throughout the entire tour, if you wish to join the group at a different location, please leave us a clear note when making your reservation so that we can check with our local office to verify if this is possible. Q: Hello, My friend and I will be arriving in LA on Friday, July 11, and we are thinking of doing this 4-day tour since it fits our flight schedules and other plans perfectly. We're thinking of ending the tour in Las Vegas on the last day, and we're wondering what time flight we should book so that we can leave Las Vegas from the McCarran International Airport after you guys drop us off at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Looking at the itinerary, it says those ending the tour in Las Vegas will have the free lunch buffet around noon on the last day of the tour, then get dropped off at the MGM Grand Hotel. Then, I'm guessing I should book an afternoon flight so that I can leave from Vegas right after our tour is done. Do you think flight departing around 4pm would be good enough? We recommend taxi service for guests flying out of McCarran International Airport. Taxi can be arranged for $10 and takes about 10 minutes. A flight after 4:00PM should be okay however, please consider any unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays or weather conditions that may delay your commute time.
